Ticketing information

(i) Opening hours: November 23-26, 2023, from 9:00 a.m to 17:00 p.m.

(ii) One person one ticket will be implement for the exhibition,  one admission is valid on the day of the specified date of the ticket with the identity document registered at the time of purchase.

(iii) Please be sure to fully understand section “Applicable rules and price”, ticket valid date and ticket refunding policy before purchasing tickets.

(iv) Valid documents for purchasing  tickets are: People’s Republic of China Identity Card,  Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macau Residents (Home Return Permit), Mainland travel Permit for Taiwan Residents and Foreigner Passport.

(v) Visitors must ensure that the personal information (ID number, name, phone number) are match that fill in for ticket purchasing, otherwise NO admission will be allowed.

AERO ASIA Package Tickets

Package ticket refers to Single/Concession ticket + Zhuhai Aerospace Land ticket, due to Zhuhai Aerospace Land daily capacity, the package ticket is limited to 2,000 tickets per day, visitors can enter the exhibition through the designated entrance channel of Zhuhai Aerospace Land Channel on the ticket date. Children under 6 years old entering Zhuhai Aerospace Land are subject to Zhuhai Aerospace Land free admission policy. Refund Policy

According to "Electronic Commerce Law of People's Republic of China” and “People's Republic of China Consumer Protection Law". To protect consumer' s legitimate right and Interest, AERO ASIA 2023 will use "Paid Refund" policy. The refund fee will base on the application refund time, exempting or charging a certain percentage of ticket price as commission.

(i) Free Refund Rules

If the exhibition is suspended due to Force Majuere such as typhoon, rainstorm, etc., all tickets will be fully refunded  by the ticket price without any commission, all other expense incurring  during the exhibition will at audience’s own expense.

(ii)  Common Refund Rules

Refund requests are due 3 days before the opening ceremony (until 23:59 on November 19th), and refund fees are waived.

Refund requests within 3 days from the opening ceremony (November 20, 00:00 - November 22, 23:59) will be charging 50% of ticket price as commission.

No refund on the day of the opening ceremony (after 00:00 November 23^rd).

Tips:

1. Ticket exchange are not available (including changing ticket holder, time change and change on ticket category etc.) Ticket holder may apply a refund and then re-purchase on demand.

2. Package ticket are not partially refundable.

(iii) Refund Method

1. Visitor refunds shall be initiated by the ticket purchaser and requested through the official ticketing channel of AERO ASIA.

2. The refund will be return to same payment within 7 days, since the application had been accepted.

Invoices

Visitors who purchased tickets through Aero Asia official website and Aero Asia Wechat official account could issue invoices through the order page after the exhibition. E-Invoices will be sent to visitor's register email within 3 working days after the application been accepted.

Invoicing deadline: December 31,2023.

Others

The organizer of AERO ASIA reserved the rights to adjust the exhibition entry time and related activities or to take temporary control for entry, all comprehend is greatly appreciated.
