t Co., Ltd. and the technical holder of the aircraft jointly funded the construction, the establishment of Sino-czech Shark (Cangzhou) Aircraft Manufacturing Co., LTD., settled in the China-CEEC SME Cooperation Zone.

The SHARK aircraft is a carbon fiber epoxy composite light aircraft with two front and rear seats, equipped with retractable landing gear and overall parachute. The world speed record holder for a light aircraft of the same class has won international awards such as "Future Aircraft" and "Best Light Aircraft". The maximum flight height is 4500m, the longest range is 1660km, and the impassable speed is 333km/h. It has excellent economy, safety and excellent flight performance. It’s very popular in Europe, America, Africa, Asia and other international markets.

On September 1, 2021, the first China-made Shark aircraft was successfully assembled in the China-Central and Eastern Europe (Cangzhou) SME Cooperation Zone.

The first China-made Shark aircraft made a successful test flight at Cangzhou Zhongjie Airport on April 25, 2022.

On January 11, 2023, after a comprehensive review of the Shark aircraft, the CAAC North China Regional Administration issued a production certificate(PC0064A-HB) to the Sino-czech Shark (Cangzhou) Aircraft Manufacturing Co., LTD. The Shark aircraft project entered the mass production stage, with an annual capacity of 20 aircraft.
