This addresses the industries' demands for lightweight, environmentally friendly, cost-effective, and high-quality molded components, driving innovation in key national industries such as transportation and manufacturing. Products case 1.XPENG Voyager X2 Powered purely by electricity, weighs only 560 kg, representing future green urban transportation. HRC was involved in the preliminary analysis of the structural design and manufacturing feasibility of the entire airframe product for the client. From material and structural adhesive selection to final carbon fiber product manufacturing, processing, and assembling, HRC solved many technical challenges. More than 100 carbon-fiber components make up the entire X2 fuselage, and HRC used integrated positioning fixtures to guarantee the precision of the finished product. We also recommended proper material solutions for some interior textures based on customer demands, such as the carbon fiber with marble forging texture, and address the material processing issue. To get a final excellent surface effect, HRC uses glossy painting on top of the surface. 2.Killer Whale UAV CFRP Airframe “Killer Whale” UAV is an intelligent platform applied in overhead powerline inspection, forestry patrol, emergency management and intelligent city. The body of “Killer Whale” is integral formed with carbon fiber reinforced plastic, which reduces component quantity and assembly labor significantly under the premise of proper structure strength and stiffness. The total weight of structure is reduced to 1.6kg while the maximum load reach 7kg. Single structure: integral fuselage with arms. Detail structure: CFRP laminate for main structure and GFRP laminate for antenna area. Forming process: modular mold tooling, hand lay-up with prepreg, autoclave curing. 3。Large-Scale UAV CFRP Skin Parts Carbon fiber reinforced plastic is widely used in aviation manufacturing industry because of its excellent specific strength, specific stiffness and designability. In the UAV industry, which is more sensitive to weight, carbon fiber composite material is often used to manufacture the body structure. Combined with lightweight core materials, such as honeycomb, foam, etc., sandwich structure CFRP can further reduce the structural weight of aircraft and is widely used in skin structures. Partial parts of the tail strut skin and vertical tail skin are typical skin parts of a large cargo UAV. Detail structure: Sandwich structure CFRP with honeycomb.
