Bell Textron Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Textron Inc. (NYSE: TXT), is one of the largest rotorcraft manufacturer founded in 1935. Bell currently has four commercial helicopters in its pipeline, including the light single-engine helicopter Bell 505 Jet Ranger X, Bell 407; the light twin-engine helicopter Bell 429, the medium twin-engine helicopter Bell 412. Helicopters such as the Bell 407, Bell 429 are widely used in emergency management, law enforcement, helicopter medical services, power line inspection, tourism, etc.

Bell has offices in Beijing, Shanghai and Xi’an. In 2020, Bell established Bell China Services Center in Zhenjiang to provide industry-leading support and services for the Bell fleet across the country.
