Henan Aerospace Precision Machining Co.,LTD (HAPM), belongs to Aerospace Precision LLC.(APP) of China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation(CASIC), located in Xinyang city, Henan province. Its annual output of high-end fasteners is 120 million pcs, and it is the high-tech enterprise with the strongest comprehensive strength in China, which integrates R&D, manufacturing and testing of middle-end and high-end fasteners. It is also the location of the standard fasteners research and testing center of China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation(CASIC). There are more than 700 staffs, and more than 150 of them are professional technician. There are over 700 sets of equipment with total assets of 880 million RMB.

Typical products

HAPM has the capacities of developing and manufacturing all kinds of screws, bolts, nuts, rivets, thread sleeves, pipe connectors, studs, quick-release fasteners, pins, washers, high-lock bolts, insert nuts, self-locking nuts, high-lock nuts and other fasteners. Its main products include titanium alloy fasteners, high temperature alloy fasteners, stainless steel fasteners, high strength bolts(≥1,250 MPa), self-locking nuts, self-locking screws, high lock fasteners, thread sleeves with keys, screw piles with keys, pipe fittings and other high performance fasteners products.

Testing capability

The company testing center is the only professional research and testing institution of standard fasteners in China aerospace science and Industry corporation. We have more than 120 sets of testing equipment and have the test ability of all kinds of fasteners, such as mechanical properties, nondestructive testing, material metallographic analysis, chemical analysis and precision measurement, high temperature measurement, salt spray test ability.etc.

The testing center has passed National/defense laboratory accreditation, Nadcap materials laboratory accreditation and S400 material independent laboratory audit from GE-A company. The testing center of company has already carried out third-party re-inspection business in aviation, aerospace, electronics, Chinese academy of sciences, rail transit and other fields, which has a high reputation and recognition. 

Scientific and technological innovation capability

In order to give full play to the advantages of the industry, the company has successively declared and established "Henan Aerospace High-end Fastener Engineering and Technology Center", "Henan Public Service Platform for High-end Fastener Research and Testing", "Henan Engineering Laboratory" and other scientific and technological platforms. The company establishes academician workstation, carrying out high-end titanium alloy material application research. It also participates in the compilation of fastener monographs such as Introduction to Fastener and Handbook of Fastener Materials edited by Aerospace Precision Product Inc.
